This test uses primarily bacterial culture assays to measure negative and healthy bacterial strains, as well as fungal organisms. More than 40 gut pathogens, such as parasites and protozoa, are further quantified using powerful PCR technology. 6 markers of inflammation and digestion/absorption are also included to provide a broader snapshot of overall digestive health.
